MISSION STATEMENT.................................................

Our mission at Pentecostal Tabernacle Church is to serve our City, State, and County with the compassion of Christ. To lead our fellow people to Jesus by showing His love. We strive to lead by example, not by words.

We focus on all people. With a special focus on youth. We know that the youth are the future church. We must reach them.

Our Basic Doctrine

Article I - THE SCRIPTURES
We believe in the divine inspiration of the whole Bible, the infallibility of  the Bible. It's truth without any error and is inspired even to the very words and is therefore the inscripted Word of God
Article II - SALVATION
The basic and fundamental doctrine of Pentecostal Tabernacle church is the Bible standard of full salvation - repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
Article III - THE GODHEAD
We believe in one everliving, eternal God, infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes and purpose, and possessing absolute indivisible deity. God is a Spirit, manifested in flesh as Jesus.
Article IV - THE SON OF GOD

The one true God, the Jehovah of the Old Testament, took upon Himself the form of man, and as the Son of man, was born of the virgin Mary. As Paul says, "and without controversy great is the mystery of Godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."

I Timothy. 3:16.

Article V - THE NAME

"His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace." Isaiah. 9:6. "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call His name Jesus: for He shall save His people from their sins."

Matthew 1:21.

Article VI - HEALING
We believe that the vicarious suffering of the Lord Jesus Christ paid for the healing of our bodies, as for the salvation of our souls. "Himself took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses." Matthew 8:17. Jesus said to believers -"they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." Mark 16:18. "Is there any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord and the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up." James 5:14-16
Article VII - HOLINESS
We approve of every activity which will promote the interest of spiritual progress and the soon coming of the Lord for His Church. However, evidences of worldliness which are not conducive to Christianity and godly living and which will prohibit being taken in the rapture, we firmly discourage.
Article VIII - THE RAPTURE

We believe that the time is drawing near when our Lord shall appear; then "...the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air..."

I Thessalonians 4:13-17.
